Assassinate the Assassin

An assassin is a murder of an important person in a surprise attack for political or religious reasons.

There are two types of enemies; the enemy of our soul and the demonic enemy that comes to steal, kill and destroy (John10:10a).

The enemies of our soul unfortunately are a direct reflection of the inherited sin and iniquity caused by our earthly father Adam. This is the enemy (sin) that David is pleading desperately to God about in Psalm 51:5 (Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me). On the other hand, the demonic enemy is an assassin that comes to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10a). This is a demonic enemy sent or assigned to us once we became saved or surrendered to Christ to assassinate us spiritually, psychology, physically, financially, and so on. In other words, this enemy is not assigned to us due to sin, but because we decided to serve and die for Christ Jesus.

The difference between the two is that the enemies of our soul we were born with and there is nothing we can do about it because it is internal and innate, and God will deliver us from this sin when He is ready. On the other hand, the enemy that comes as an assassin is designed to trip us up and cause us to falter in life. It is assigned to keep us from fulfilling our destiny, our original purpose and the call on our life.

There are assassins in our camp and today Father God I come after them as You said, “For the weapons of [my] warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds [assassins]” (2 Cor. 10:4). Your word is clear that “no weapon that is fashioned against [me] shall succeed” (Isa. 54:17a). So Father, I put on my full amour, and I fasten on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness and shod my feet with the gospel of peace. I take up the shield of faith and the helmet of salvation with the sword of the Spirit (Eph. 6:14-17), as I am not “fighting against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of darkness of this world, and against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Eph. 6:12). Father as I stand praying in the Spirit, I ask that you assassinate every assassin that has been assigned to steal, kill and destroy my ministry, my destiny, my purpose and the call on my life, in matchless name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Amen.

The aforementioned prayer, decree and/or declaration (pray it as many times as necessary) you just prayed has turned the table on every assassin and put them on the run. Women and men of God Most High (El Elyon), continue to fight the good fight of faith in Yeshua Hamashiach (Jesus Christ) name. Amen and thank God (Yahweh)!
